At PowerNex Nutrition, we strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled without incurring shipping-related charges.
3. If a cancellation request is made after shipment, the customer will be responsible for both forward and return courier charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method

1. Approved cancellations will be refunded only in the form of store credit or coupon codes.
2. Store credits or coupon codes will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
3. Cash refunds, bank transfers, or reversals to the original payment method are not applicable for cancelled orders.

Important Notes

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official customer support channels before the order is shipped.
2. PowerNex Nutrition reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.
3. Any promotional benefits or discounts applied to the original order may not be applicable when using store credits.
